Mr. McFeely's Patio at Buttermilk Falls

This pavilion is available for use free of charge at the Buttermilk Falls Natural Area. The location was once a patio area used by Fred McFeely, grandfather of Mr. Rogers of children's television fame. The stone wall behind the pavilion was constructed during Mr. McFeely's ownership of the property which beginning in the early 1930s.

Fred Rogers often visited Buttermilk Falls and likely shared some summer picnics with his grandfather at this very spot.
