When Blue Spruce Park was being established in the mid- 1960s one of the first things that was done was to add plantings of various trees and shrubs to the park. The large rhododendrons that now grace the park are nearly 50 years old.
This doe spent a great deal of time observing us and was reluctant to leave the area. We suspect she may have had a fawn nearby
