A lone rider crosses the Armerford Bridge on the Ghost Town Trail. This unique three arch bridge is 225 feet long.
You will find this leaning tree along the North Branch of Blacklick Creek on the Rexis Branch of the Ghost Town Trail.
The Eliza Furnace was built in 1846 and remains in remarkable condition for its age. This view shows the bellows arch. On this side of the furnace a water wheel powered bellows was located which transmitted air into the heat exchanger to improve the melting of the iron ore. There are two other arches on the furnace, the casting arch on the front of the furnace where the molten iron was tapped and the downcomer arch where the air from the heat exchanger was fed into the furnace.
