The piers of the abandoned Cokeville Bridge once carried traffic across the Conemaugh River near Blairsville. Today you can view the bridge piers from the Blairsville Riverfront Trail. Cokeville's name is derived from the large Isabella iron furnace operation that was operated there to produce coke for the steel industry.
Portions of Pine Ridge Park, Blue Spruce Park and all of Hemlock Lake are open to hunting. We encourage all visitors to wear safety orange when visiting the parks during deer season.
