When visiting Old Smicksburg Park it is never long before you hear the familiar clopping of the Amish horses as they make their way along the nearby highway.
This Keystone marker is located in Smicksburg along the entrance to Clarion Street near the pottery store. Every few years we give it a new coat of paint.
While our crews were working to replace the roof on a park restroom we snapped this overview photo of the Pavilion #1 area of the park. Over 5,000 visitors used this pavilion in 2015. The large shelter was the first facility built at the park when constructed in 1972.
