The setting sun highlights the trees and shoreline near the Blue Spruce Pavilion #1. This pavilion was the first pavilion at the park, constructed in 1970.
We have lots of visitors with inspiring stories, none more than Hank from Mundy's Corner, PA. Hank just turned 80 years old and he rides the Ghost Town Trail every day that the weather cooperates - not just a little bit but some years as many as 8,000 miles. Hank is a good example of staying active no matter your age.
The small stream that passes through Old Smicksburg Park is named Condron Run. Condron is a familiar name in this part of Indiana and Armstrong County.
