Not all cranberries come from Ocean Spray or the store. We do have wild cranberries that grow in our area in boggy wetland locations. The ones here taste just as good as the store bought ones. When we visit this location in the fall we take some time to nibble on a few.
This new gazebo has recently been added to the Ghost Town Trail in the trail section between Nanty Glo and Twin Rocks. The gazebo was donated to the trail in memory of Mr. Fred Burtnett by Family & Friends. The gazebo now has a picnic table and makes a great spot to stop along the trail to enjoy lunch or just to take a break.
We see more and more recumbent bicycles at the Ghost Town Trail. These bikes are good if you have back problems or just like easing back as you enjoy the view. This one is built for two.
