    The C&I Extension of the Ghost Town Trail is also known as the Rexis Branch. The C&I was the Cambria & Indiana Railroad, a short line railroad that hauled coal on this line that is now the Ghost Town Trail.

    At Vic Miller Road the Ghost Town Trail follows the road for a short distance to connect to the C&I Extension. The road is located off of Route 422 just west of Belsano, PA.

    Wehrum Bony Pile Removal - 1..6.2020

    One of the goals of the Ghost Town Trail project was to improve environmental conditions in the Blacklick Creek valley. This bony pile at the former town of Wehrum has been in place since the late 1920s. It is finally being removed in 2020 under a contract that the PA DEP has with a contractor to remove the pile and reclaim the area.
