The Ghost Town Trail was selected as Pennsylvania's Trail of the Year for 2020 by the PA Department of Conservation & Natural Resources.

The South Branch of Blacklick Creek has come a long way in the past decade. The stream is now clean enough to provide fishing opportunities.
This photo shows the design of the planned location of the Wehrum mine water treatment plant. When operational by 2022 the plant will treat and clean 23 miles of Blacklick Creek.
